This notice is provided only for the Site and not for other websites that may be consulted by the user via links. Furthermore, this general notice does not refer to specific data processing that may be carried out within the Site by different Data Controllers for specific purposes, as indicated in the specific notices issued by them.
The Site is, in fact, a portal that contains various calculation tools, some of which are from third parties.
According to the rules of the Regulation, the processing carried out by RedBit S.r.l.s. con socio unico will be based on the principles of lawfulness, fairness, transparency, purpose limitation, storage limitation, data minimization, accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality.

The processing related to the Site’s web services takes place at the aforementioned company headquarters and on servers located in Germany at 1&1 IONOS SE, Elgendorfer Str. 57, 56410 Montabaur.
RedBit S.r.l.s. con socio unico is the manager of the portal, but all quote calculations, although appearing within the context of the Site, are offered and performed by other and additional Data Controllers, as clarified in the introduction of this document; therefore, please refer to the specific notices provided by the latter to understand the terms of personal data processing and the identity of the Controllers.

Navigation Data
Following navigation of the Site, we inform you that the Controller will process personal data which may consist of an identifier such as a name, an identification number, an online identifier, or one or more characteristic elements of the physical, economic, cultural, or social identity suitable for making the data subject identified or identifiable.
The computer systems and software procedures used to operate this website acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols.
This is information that is not collected to be associated with identified data subjects, but which by its very nature could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified.
This category of data includes the IP addresses or domain names of the computers used by users who connect to the site, the URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) addresses of the requested resources, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (successful, error, etc.), and other parameters relating to the user’s operating system and computer environment.

The email address provided when requesting information will be used by RedBit S.r.l.s. con socio unico, with the explicit consent of the data subject, to send the user commercial information regarding its own services similar to those offered and requested by the user at the time of the information request, without prejudice to the user’s right to object to the sending of such communications at the time of data collection and at any subsequent time. It is possible to refuse to receive further commercial or marketing communications at any time by clicking on the appropriate unsubscribe link at the bottom of all communications and by modifying your consents in the dedicated personal area.
Finally, all data (voluntarily provided and navigation data) may be processed to pursue a legitimate interest of the controller or a third party, such as, for example, protection against fraud or other behaviors contrary to the User Agreement, as well as to assert and defend a right in court.
If a data subject voluntarily subscribes to the offered services, providing their email address, they expressly request to periodically receive newsletters with updates on offers and/or discounts reserved for him/her. Unsubscribing is possible at any time by contacting RedBit S.r.l.s. con socio unico (contact details provided in this notice) or simply by clicking on the unsubscribe link always present at the bottom of the newsletter.
Special Categories of Personal Data
When using certain sections of the Site (for example, the “Work with Us” section), you may provide personal data falling into the special categories of personal data referred to in Art. 9 of the Regulation, namely “[…] data revealing racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, or trade union membership, and the processing of genetic data, biometric data for the purpose of uniquely identifying a natural person, data concerning health or data concerning a natural person’s sex life or sexual orientation”. We specify that in the event of the transmission of special categories of personal data, but in the absence of specific consent to process such data, the Controller cannot be held responsible in any way, nor can it receive any objections, as in such a case the processing will be permitted as it concerns data made manifestly public by the data subject, in accordance with Art. 9.1.e) of the Regulation. We nevertheless specify the importance, as already mentioned above, of giving explicit consent to the processing of special categories of personal data, should the data subject share such information.
