The Site is a portal that contains various calculation tools, some of which are from third parties.

The processing of data related to the website’s web services takes place at the aforementioned company headquarters and at the servers located in Germany at 1&1 IONOS SE Elgendorfer Str. 57, 56410 Montabaur.
RedBit Srls, with a sole shareholder, is the portal manager, but all quote calculations, although appearing to be part of the Site, are offered and performed by other and additional Data Controllers, as clarified in the premises of this document; therefore, please refer to the specific information provided by the latter to learn about the terms of personal data processing and the identity of the Data Controllers.

Following your browsing of the Site, we inform you that the Data Controller will process personal data which may consist of an identifier such as a name, an identification number, an online identifier, one or more characteristic elements of the physical, economic, cultural or social identity suitable for making the data subject identified or identifiable.

The email address provided when requesting information will be used by RedBit Srls, a sole proprietorship, with the explicit consent of the data subject, to send the user commercial information regarding its services similar to those offered and requested by the user at the time of the information request, without prejudice to the user’s right to object to the sending of such communications at the time of data collection and at any subsequent time. You can refuse to receive further commercial or marketing communications at any time by clicking on the unsubscribe link at the bottom of all communications and by modifying your consents in the appropriate personal area.

Virtual Assistant (Chatbot Simply)
Our website has a virtual assistant (chatbot) based on artificial intelligence to help you find information on the blog quickly and easily.
- Personal Data collected: When you use the chatbot, we collect and temporarily store the following in our database: the user’s IP address, the date and time of the interaction, the language, the URL of the page you are on, the question asked, and the answer generated by the chatbot. If you are a registered user and have logged in, your user ID will also be associated.
- Purpose of processing: The data is processed to provide the virtual assistance service you requested, prevent abuse or fraudulent use (e.g., limiting the frequency of use/rate limiting), ensure the security of our systems, and collect aggregate and anonymous statistics to improve the service.
- Legal basis: The processing is based on the need to perform a service requested by the data subject (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and on the legitimate interest of the controller to protect the site from abuse and ensure its security (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
